It's been a while since my last post but I sure am happy to be back!. Juggling uni, work and intern life can take a lot of getting used to, whilst trying to manage a blog at the same time. But I can finally say i'm beginning to get into the swing of things and also have a clearer vision of what content I want to put out there for you all to see.
I'm back with a holiday look for you dolls, serving "50 Shades Of Nude". I'm not usually one for matching my outfits, I love to mix and match contrasting colours and textures, but I thought I'd step out of my comfort zone and try something a little different. When pairing matching colours it's something you can either get right or totally wrong. The key is to play around with tones, whilst sticking to the same colour palette in order to achieve this look.
When pairing nude tones its usually best to pair with a contrasting colour to prevent you from looking bland or washed out, but thats all theory to me. It's all in how you style it. This high neck mesh bodysuit from MISSGUIDED was a must buy, it allows me to cover up without becoming unbearable hot and sweaty. I paired this with my satin wide leg trousers which again was a perfect outfit choice for the hot weather we have been experiencing in Greece. These trousers feel absolutely amazing and the floaty fit makes them a total winner.
For a super effortless sporty vibe, I finished this outfit off with my light nude leather Vans and my gold Casio watch. For more of a 'CHIC VIBE' I would suggest pairing this outfit with killa Perspex or sandal heels to show off the full length of these trousers whilst adding a little class.
I hope you love this look. Stay tuned for more holiday outfits and more details on my experience in Greece, KOS.
